Kentucky AG Cameron Joining Lawsuit Challenging PA Mail-In Ballots

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron is joining a lawsuit with other Republican AGs that challenges some of Pennsylvania's mail-in ballots.

Cameron signed an amicus brief supporting a lawsuit that would throw out a decision by the state Supreme Court allowing ballots postmarked by Election Day to be counted if they arrived by the following Friday in the mail.

The brief was signed by nine other Republican state attorneys general, and says Pennsylvania's high court "overstepped" and "exacerbated the risk of mail-in ballot fraud."
