(Frankfort, KY) - Governor Andy Beshear says he wants to bring back the Kentucky health insurance exchange.
Former Governor Steve Beshear launched the original Kynect program in 2013, but it was dismantled by his successor, former Governor Matt Bevin.
The current governor says he plans to reopen the program by 2022. It will allow people to search for and purchase commercial plans, as well as sign up for Medicaid.
