State Police Seize Computer From Secretary Of State Grimes' Office

US-VOTE-DEMOCRATS-CONVENTION

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police say they've seized a computer from the offices of Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes.

Court documents released Wednesday revealed the seizure of the computer used by the person who created and maintained the voter registration system in the office.

A motion alleges that the computer was taken with no warrant or subpoena.

A special prosecutor was appointed last October to examine allegations that Grimes had improperly accessed information within the voter registration system.
