(Bardstown, KY) - Kentucky is celebrating National Bourbon Day on this Monday.
The state produces 95-percent of the spirit worldwide and Bardstown is considered the bourbon capital of the world. There are nearly a dozen distilleries within 16 miles of the city.
The assessed value of all the barrels aging in Kentucky is nearly $2 billion.
A Louisville based company called Spiritless also has a reverse-distilled non-alcoholic beverage that's said to taste like the regular stuff.
